I haven't been diving for a long time, but wouldn't any empty tank float? I remember when getting low on air my ass would float up.

Holy $#%@. Now I know why you are always coming up with these home made kayaking  accessories. You old farts are always tinkering around trying to save a penny. Happy Birthday Tote. Have a good one.

I can get you a square regular size Brian. FREE. Color choice too. Or rectangle too. It should fit in your Ride. My ice chest fit before in the Ride.

General Talk / Re: Rolling in Comfort vs Pitching a Tent
« on: April 06, 2011, 11:44:29 PM »
I'm all about the comfort. But with that said, lately it's been about the $$$. I used to take the motorhome to phoenix for a 3-4 day weekend race. Now I won't even go race there. This weekend I wish I could fish, but will be at the racetrack instead. No motorhome this time. Pickup and sleeping in the trailer. Camp stove, ice chest, etc. Old school. Still there to win. Just less comfort. If I was going to CL it would be in a tent to save $$ now too. If you have the money, take the motorhome. Solo or not. Comfort makes everything you do easier and gives you a better chance at doing well. Good luck this weekend.

With the bad radio reception, I thought you said you had a limit Rich. Made me feel bad till now. Wish you would have hung out with us. I was surprised I could hear you from the island area.

Jim kicked it with the panfish score. I ended up with 1 17" spot. I marked 1 or 2 schools at about 45', but there was a wakeborder running in circles right in the same area. I did not want to become decapitated by a PB, so I moved on. Now looking back, I may have had a hit. It wasn't too far from the marked fish. I lost my line off the DR and figured I still didn't know exactly how to use it. Maybe a fish knocked it loose?
  See ya'll Sat AM.

The 225 is a much shorter tire. Abou 1.5 inches. On a good note, you should get a little better milage.
