We're getting reports that people can't see the buttons for New Topic or New Poll or Mark Read.
Is anybody else having this issue?

Update on button issue
When looking at the Form in the not expanded view and click on I don't have the New Topic Button
IF I expand the forum and see the sub forums and click on a sub forum I now see the buttons New topic, New Poll, Notify as well as the Mark read button
Is this the way they are suppose to work??? I found this out by looking for the site issue site you mentioned?

Yep, you should only see the New Topic buttons after navigating to a specific forum like General Talk or Classifieds, etc.
