Next NorCal HOW Event - Saturday June 18, 2016 at Lodi Lake

Fyi there is a craft beer festival at Lodi lake the same day starting at 3pm

We will be done by 1pm.... gotta get there early for parking though

OK everyone,
     Ben and I have most of lunch under control. We do need a little help with a few items. Planning on 85-90 people total.

1. We need some type of desserts. Preferably something that won't melt in the heat. Cookies, brownies etc.

2. Macaroni salad, preferably home made.

3.Chopped fruit salad, not a giant one, but pretty big.

4. I may add more soon.
 
Please post if you can volunteer any of the things we need, and the amount you can bring.

I will reimburse you for what you bring. For reimbursements, I need the original receipt, with only the items you have supplied. No extras for personal use, or I can not submit it.

Thanks. Can you give me an idea of how much you will bring? I just need to make sure we have enough dessert for 80-90. I would not expect you to bring that much unless you want to.

That is fine. Check with me on Fri morning, we may not need them. A local store may donate. I won't know till Fri though.
