A friend and I finally got out for rock fish. We went to ocean cove yesterday and were on the water by around 9. We fished until a little after 2. Tried a verity of swim baits and squid. Both of us caught some canaries, a couple blues, and a China. My biggest fish of the day was a yellow eye which fought pretty good, it was released in good shape. We stayed about a half mile straight out from the cove. I haven’t been out on waves that big so I felt sick the whole time out and for the drive home. It was a lot of fun besides feeling like crap.

Good stuff, besides the rotten feeling.  Tough to shake that for a couple days sometimes...hope you feel better,  :smt006

Thanks for the report!  Sea sickness sucks, that's for sure.  when I started getting back out on the water last year it hit me really hard, time on the water has helped a ton, but so has all day dramamine !
