We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”

Lost some Bulls at the shore.  :smt013  :smt044

Biggest is 14. You still got me Scummy.   :smt003

And I am claiming Salinas to foo' s.  :smt044

You can have it, braddah! I'm happy here in my little Monterey bubble.  :smt004

I fished hard on Saturday with slow results. Three different spots and a ton of walking. Ended up with only 5. All about the size pictured.

The fast incoming tide and swell made it pretty sporty. To much water moving around to throw my fav lure, so I was committed to the grubs. 4 of my 5 fish came in the afternoon as the tide started to drop.

You won this weekend, Bulldog! But I will be back!

A Northern Marin County beach was going off yesterday.  :smt002

Nothing too big, but steady BSPs for the three hours I was out there.

In Loving Memory of Mooch, Eelmaster, Shicken, and Cabeza De Martillo

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Yup. Friday I did well but Saturday I only gifted on med. As soon as I seen the water and the conditions, I only fished for an hour. I registered for the samdcrab classic. Check it out.

Yeah, not bad. Calicoes, Redtails, Walleyes, and the occasional BSP.
