Can I get recommendations for ocean bait shops at Fort Bragg, or Ukiah or nearest for squid and frozen anchovies?

I’d probably start with introducing yourself , this is the first post in 5 years and in the Introduction section. There is a wealth of knowledge here on the site you just have to contribute every now and then.  :smt001

The little store at Caspar sells them (Caspar Beach RV Park and Campground) and other places to check or call because its been a while since I bought from them are Rite Aid ( 2 locations Fort Bragg), Mendoza's market Mendocino.

Gas station north of the Noyo Bridge.
If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.

Thank you to those who answered my inquiry.
In response to abdiver, I am 65, and began my kayak activities about 8 years ago. About the same timed I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Since then I have survived my cancer so far, but been foreclosed out of two houses I owned in the eastern Sierra. During those years I was able to kayak fish twice. I was never able to revisit the north coast to fish or Ab dive. I regret that I have not been able to be more involved in this site. I have learned a wealth of knowledge about kayaking, rigging and fishing from this site. I am grateful for that. I hope to be more involved in the sport in the future. Abdiver, I am not looking for anything more than many other members who have personal distractions.

This is exactly why all should be considerate of what they say. You never know what a person is going through.

Guys there was nothing meant to be rude or insensitive about what was stated above. This is merely introduction section which is meant for an individual to be able to introduce themself so the people of NCKA can welcome them arms open to the group. That was all!

We love you Abdiver, it just came off kind of "prickish". I know you didn't mean it that way.

Wow i didn't get that impression at all. I thought Erik was still very helpful. He even ended it with a smiley face.

Anyways welcome aboard donnerlksully and i hope to see you on the water soon.

It is kinda weird when a first post from someone that has been registered since 2008 to ask where to buy anchovies?  :smt009

Do you need a fishing pole too and have you ever fished?  :smt005

Glad to see your doing better but newbies with questions like this will get the business.
