I don't know Paso at all.  Heading down and wondering what you consider some of the "can't miss" spots for lunch/dinner and wine tasting.

trying to develop a list like the one we conjured for Healdsburg.  Thx in advance boys

If you are playing Tourist and haven't been check out Madonna Inn 30 mins south. Their Steakhouse room is insane/super tacky. If you go on Sat. you can get in some Goat Yoga.  :smt003     https://www.madonnainn.com/
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

I've already did firestone 805 in paso for lunch -  we'll prolly hit it up on way home.

Also have stayed and 8 at Madonna Inn already.

We're just going to hit up Berry Hill Bistro near dt main street in Paso for lunch.
I'm sort of surprised.  Every1 tox up Paso like its the isht.  but then, when you actually dig into it, its hard to find anything that really stands out in terms of experiences.  Like, there's no marquee, MUST visit, places to eat or taste - at least not in my research.

Maybe its all hype  :smt044

thx boiz

Fratelli-Perata off of 46 west.
Opolo Winery also off 46 west.
Lone Madrone Winery in Paso somewhere great wine called Von Dog after a friend of theirs who passed about six years ago.
Steinbeck Winery off of 46 east on the way to Tobin James the back way. Great Petite Syrah and if Paso ports is still there try their port.
Turley is also good and it is on the backroad towards Templeton.
The little bistro in town at the southeastern corner of the square is a good place to eat too, Great onion rigs and ruben sandwiches.

Also the burger joint in Templeton is good as well as the steak house in town.

I used to spend a lot of time there when I lived in Sunnyvale and got to know a lot of people there who are in the wine business. you can also head out towards Nacemiento Reservoir and hit a few wineries on that road too.
