yes, count me IN. That loch lomond day was a disappointment for me(I've since redeemed the skunk there). Lexington, however, would make for a great time with a more exciting ending. That place is crawling with fish and they all usually seem to be very happy to eat whatever might be on the line. Hooked 4 in a few hours on Saturday. Nothing that would win a tourney, but nice, fun fish. Let's set a date and GET 'EM.

Paddles and Flies - you ever tried T15? Talk about dredging.... I've only used it on an acquaintences spey rod. At that point, just give me hardware...

Hey Scott,
Nope, so far just LC13 or commercial shooting heads with 30ft sinking heads.
I'm comfortable at 30ft but it's got to be a sensitive rod. Anything below and I'll use conventional gear.
Why Do I paddle a kayak instead of a float tube or a pontoon boat? I like seeing where I'm going not where I've been!
Paddle safe and wrap'em tight.

OK.  I'm stoked about an MBF.

Let's get 'er done.  I'm open for pretty much any date you guys want to do it after the 15th.  (I have no boat right now).

How about Saturday July 22.

6am-12noon for the bass MBF then Shore lunch followed by a crappie hunt (or the other way around).

everyone tosses in $10 winner (biggest fish) takes all.

We don't really need to feel bad harvesting fish in this lake as they are gonna drain it soon and it is curtains for all the fish.

Yeah, it will get low but it is now almost mid july and it is almost spilling still.  It is completely full.  We need to hit it while all the good cover is under water!
