the diving plug does not stop diving, it doesn't trip. okay for a big fish, no good for tiny one.

Rapalas also wiggle so they'd act like a diver/dodger and impart some sexy behavior on whatever they're trailing.

I've used a rapala (with out the hooks) and a rooster tail trailing 2 ft. behind - caught mostly crappie and bluegills  :smt023
