You guys have any favorites? Tomorrow I was going to launch at ft baker and ride the tides into the sausalito rockwall area.  Are there any closer launches in that area?

there's a really close launch spot right there in sausalito.  If you go to Sea Trek's website there's a page for directions.  Sea Trek is a kayak rental shop, right on the beach.   i don't know if it's any closer but it's a real easy launch.

the beach is public, but the parking is mostly reserved. the thing to do is to drive down to the beach area. unload your stuff and then drive back out the the street and park. it's a safe place and no one is likely to mess with your kayak stuff, thought you might want to carry your fishing gear in hand.
