Anyone hear if they've recovered the body yet?

My mom dated him back in the day. :smt009

I am deeply saddened by the news. RIP Mark Richtman !
I used to work with Mark years ago and knew him quite well. He was a fun guy and great athlete.
Body was still not found, he likely did not wear a pfd

I din't know Mark but I too am deeply saddened.  Rest in peace Mark.  If you think you spent too much money on safety gear, you didn't.  If you haven't imagined everything that could go wrong and planned and practiced for it, your not ready to go.

what a tragedy.

that was a wonderful read on the man, though, and thank you Divenfish for posting that.
We should be so fortunate to live as full a life as Mr Richtman did.

That’s definitely a bummer but we all need to be mindful of safety first. Condolences to his family.
