Looking for help converting an old sauna into an outdoor shower. We (the Tides Inn) would like to supply an outdoor shower for our guests (kayakers, divers, beach goers, etc). The first pic is the existing sauna (used to store junk), the second pic is sort of what we would like to have. We are on a budget, so time trade is preferred, but could do a little $$ and trade.
Let me know if interested (and have the skills needed) with either a PM, or call me at (559)284-4299
Thanks for looking,
Eric / Yakhopper

Great idea,,, but for one small thing.    Ya can't turn shit into gold.

Tear down the old,, salvage anything that might be useful.  Then build the new one from scratch.   It probably doesn't have to have a wood floor, right?.   Throw down a big flat stone with gravel around to aid drainage.

Is the plumbing going straight out from the house?  If so, probably not the best idea to have water splashing on the siding constantly.. ( dry-rot issues )

Easy job,  I'd come up there to do it in a heartbeat if I had time.   Good luck.

Yah,
Figured we would tear down old, and build new. Not worried about floor as it would mainly be a rinsing station. Also, it will be detached from building about 2 feet. Hoping to work a trade with a skilled individual (who would definitely get the better end of deal) ;0)

Thanks for all the messages, I've contacted the first to reply and will see if we can work a deal. If need be, I'll work my way down the list, but I'm confident it will come together.
