Ocean was too big for my 18ft aluminum...10ft bouy report at 4:20am at the Gate, so...picked up 1 pound of grass shrimp....$28.00, and two dozen ghost...put in at McAvoy's, first to Pt. Edith in 32ft. Not much fish on the finder and the incoming started screaming. Picked up and ran to the east end of the fleet...dropped the hook in 14ft and broke out the black bass rods and small Avets with 20lb test. Four rods total.
Four bites...two at about 30lbs, one at 35lbs, and one at about 5ft 6inches and around 80lbs. Two oz. of weight and a small current....great fights. The beer, weather, and fishing was...excellent! Ron

Nice. I’m going out tomorrow to fish the 6.3 incoming. Buddy of mine has been getting limits last week on roe running a six pack. All bites have been on the incoming tide. The group of fish from Sherman have moved back down.

he (Ryan) was fishing in a powerboat, not on a kayak, with barbless hooks and roe so probably was not the same fish you're talking about.

Probably not a good idea to THREADJACK RAP's fishing report to allege someone else violating regs. Perhaps bring it up with that person directly and leave it out of this post???

It's all on video too. As Ben said I was on a powerboat. Hence why I posted in the non yak thread not the yak thread.

If you don’t even know who it is don’t drop in on other people’s threads and drop accusations on random people you’ve never met. That’s kind of bizarre.
