That is my favorite tide site as well.
For weather, I just use the NOAA site.

This is a wind map for monterey bay.

The flag end points into the wind for some reason.

One thing to note is the

http://www.weather.nps.navy.mil/wx/latest_mbay.gif

way the salinas river valley works. Sometimes, when the high is over land the wind blows out of the valley and blows out to sea at moss landing. Good for surfing, probably not great for kayaking!

I like to use www.surfpulse.com.
It usually gives a good comprehensive report on wave height, wind swell, wind, swell, and of course tides.  Being that it is a Surf site unless you are used to the conversions for the Bay it won't help much.  I have found it extremely accurate.  The key is that it has a swell forcast for 5 days and an extended outlook.

Also a shark encouter page for Jmairey

I use surfpulse these days too, since my favorite forecaster, Dave Blake moved to Augusta Georgia to head up
a research lab there. Gioni P. took over, nothing against him, but da blakestah is irreplaceble.

jason, I hope I get a chance to fish lindamar with you and your muscles this year.
since I can't out run you or decoy you with beers either I'll try to be real nice!  :smt003

regarding sharks:

since you lived there your whole life, maybe you are familiar with the one recorded attack @ linda mar:

case 90 - Don Berry

On Friday, 12 March 1993, free-diving spear fisherman Don Berry, age 55, was attacked by a White Shark
some 125m from shore at Linda Mar Beach near Point San Pedro, close to montara, CA (37d35.8mN; 122d31.2mW).

(basically it hit his fin, he stuck it with his spear, it left but the holes in the fin were confirmed to be GWS tooth holes)

I use several for surf, marine weather, and weather.  But mostly, I use Surfline.com for surf reports.  I use NOAA for marine weather and weather as well as Weather Underground (it has many localized stations that give real time reports.  For tides I use http://tbone.biol.sc.edu/tide/sitesel.html  You can customize what you want to see...tides, sunrise, sunset,....  Then you can print it out or I like to download it to my PDA.

For the central coast these are the best sites.

The Tenera site is especially good because it is strictly an inshore forecast and he is never wrong.  Only drawback is it is only updated monday through friday.

Awesome! I should have known. I thought i might have something to offer, but all the ones i love have been posted, and instead i gained some knowledge. I am quickly learning how great a resource the is the NCKA is!

My Favorites:
NOAA Eureka (http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/eka/ (http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/eka/))
GARLIC (http://www.garlic.com/~triblet/swell/abglance.html (http://www.garlic.com/~triblet/swell/abglance.html))
CDIP (http://cdip.ucsd.edu/?&nav=recent&sub=observed (http://cdip.ucsd.edu/?&nav=recent&sub=observed))
SWELLWATCH (http://forecasts.surfingmagazine.com/ (http://forecasts.surfingmagazine.com/))
SALTWATER TIDES (http://www.saltwatertides.com/dynamic.dir/marylandsites.html (http://www.saltwatertides.com/dynamic.dir/marylandsites.html))

As a diver who has been using it for 8 years, i can offer a little bit of user knowledge with the NOAA site.  It has good pinpoint weather if you pick an inland spot.
Also, the newer point forecast for the nearshore waters is usefull, but not perfect, so it will lower swell forcasts for areas protected from the general swell direction, but generalizes and so missed some local factors. To be safe i would err on the side of the biggest.  It will give you a forecast 5 full days out, but i find that far out it is usually wrong.  I feel more comfortable around 72 hours, and that increases exponentially as it approches the current forecast.  I live in Sac, so use it to judge whether i will be fishing/diving, or just camping/drinking :smt002  With the final judge being my gut while sitting on the bluff.

Coming from sea kayaking, and planing a lot of sunday paddles, the Tidelog  http://www.tidelog.com/what-is-tidelog/ (http://www.tidelog.com/what-is-tidelog/)
is my favorite.  It comes in a soft, compact notebook format, with room to log in your days events, so it becomes a journal
as well.  On each day's chart you have the tides shown in a wave graph so you can figure the hight at any time of day, as well as
the currents, the moon phase, sunrise, sunset, even meteor showers.  For weather I use the NWS website.   The tidelog used to
be published in Bolinas, but the owner retired and sold it to some folks out on Tybee Island Georgia.  You can get about 5 versions,
depending on where you live, or plan to visit.

For current predictions  in sf bay and elsewhere, this site has valuable data. Unfortunately the data isn't that easy to digest.

http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/currents12/cpred2.html#CA (http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/currents12/cpred2.html#CA)

Luckily these guys have used this data to create a graphic map app for Android users called "Currents".

http://yoyana.com/support.html (http://yoyana.com/support.html)

Great for Dino/Hali/Striper fishing in the bay with predictions all the way up to the Antioch bridge.

Seems like NOAA's data is not up for 2013 yet.

Maybe it's been mentioned previously and I missed it, but for wind forcasts I like to use iWindsurf.com

http://www.iwindsurf.com/windandwhere.iws?regionID=207&regionProductID=1&timeoffset=0 (http://www.iwindsurf.com/windandwhere.iws?regionID=207&regionProductID=1&timeoffset=0)

It's been really accurate for me.  I heard about it from a charter boat captain who relies on it often.
You can check out current conditions or forcasts in chart or map form.

I really like willyweather for the graphical tide charts. It makes it a lot easier to see the week- and month-long changes in the tides. For example, Pescadero Beach shifts between 12-hour and 24-hour tide cycles every couple weeks (i.e. only one high tide per day instead of two). That long-term oscillation is not so obvious when paging through the numeric tables.
