Looks like a few guys are going to Buck's again.

When is everyone going to the show?  Fri Night or Sunday?

I will be at Buck's again.  Unless the bay is too rough to fish.  Always, pretty cold so  dress warm.

Sunday works for me. How late is it open Friday night? Any benefit to going earlier than Sunday?

If we go Sunday maybe we will have another kayak Sturgeon pic to show around.

Thur-Fri is Noon to 8pm.  Sat is 10am to 7pm and Sun is 10am to 4pm.  There is a one dollar off coupon in today Sporting section of the San Jose Mercury News.

I'd like to hit the show on either Friday night or Sunday. And fish Alviso for Dino on Saturday.....any thoughts?

You can skip the parking Fee's by parking along El Camino - since the Fairgrounds is only a block away.

I have house duties Sunday so I am not going to be able to make it.  :smt090

I traded some e-mails with Allen Bushnell and he said he will be setting up at the ISE show like before. He wanted everyone to stop by and say hello.

I'm heading over to the show tomorrow afternoon.  Would love to pick up a new reel, but probably just window shop and dream.

May go Sunday.  Depend how we do at Oyster Pt. Sat.  Maybe fish Sunday there or just stay at home and watch the game.

Got to the show at 11PM. Went straight to the kayak fishing section and saw Allen B. spreading the good gospel of kayak fishing (this guy definitely puts a lot of time and effort putting our sport on the map = on the Nor Cal scene at least :smt023) We talked for a bit and later on I got introduced to Dennis Spike. First thing I asked him was "what's you kayak-of-choice".....he just smiled and avoided the question (he later told me why and I understood his position on the matter). A very cool cat  :smt004

I didn't stay long - it was basically the same show - like the Cow Palace. But on the way out, I seemed to have noticed that the kayak fishing booth was getting a lot of exposure (thanks to Dennis Spike and Allen B.) Looks like Norcal kayak fishing may soon catch up with So Cal.  :smt002
