Introduction from new member

Hello everyone,

I moved to the Reno/Tahoe area in August 2017 from Houston TX.  I brought my Hobie Outback with me and would love to get it in both salt and freshwater.  I have a lot of experience taking the kayak out in the bay system and offshore to the rigs in Southeast Texas.  Even though I'll be doing mostly freshwater fishing in the lakes around me, I'm looking forward to making weekend trips to Monterey Bay for some BTB action.  There's a similar forum that I joined in Texas and it helped me learn a lot about fishing as well as hooked me up with some buddies who would join me.  I look forward to learning from you guys and joining you out on the water.

BTB (Beyond the Breakers) is not in regular usage here, but we should probably adopt it and use it.
