Figured I'd better contribute to the site rather than watch it go by. I live and work in SF as a sign painter and due to being self employed I often find myself fishing the Bay and coast. Bought a kayak to go rock fishing and have been out a few times (I'll post a report soon enough.) Excited to drop pots here when the day comes and learn a bit more about the sport. Helped a guy with a white truck and ncka sticker on his truck a while back at timber cove and thought out might be cool to meet some folk so here I am.

thanks for all the welcomes - The Gentleman Scholar was a stupid nom de plume I used a while back and have used it for my business (sign painting/gilding) - hairy unwashed is actually a little closer to the truth at most times. I'll look up info on the Bodega event and thanks.
