So I was out at TC yesterday and the damn home depot carabiner clip went bad and I didn't realize it.  Lifted my stringer to show Ken and then plop, down goes both game clips with lingcod and rf still attached to it.    :smt044

I haven't been able to find any locally, I usually order them from Hook1 but they are all sold out and I need em by GS9.

Anyone have any spare ones you'd like to sell?  I can pick up locally or if you bring to GS9, I can pick up there.  Give me a holler.

Thanks in advance.

i lost my ego2 net on Dec 30, it came out of my rod holder and I think the guy in the power boat took it cause when i turn to try to look for it he was powering up the coast real fast.
TC has lots of gear, i should do a clean up scuba dive.

The dive shop/ tackle shop in Petaluma has the nice heavy duty circle ones. Raydon gave me the 411 on that shop. I think they were like 20-30 bucks or something. I don't use those skinny ones for lings anymore, long painful story. But call ahead they go through em quick.

I got mine at a dive shop in San Jose, forget the name but call around I'm sure you'll find it.

Also, if you hot glue wood dowels into the slots on the back of your hog troughs they don't sink and are stronger.

Hot gluing the dowels in the back of the Hawg Trough is the ticket.  Mine would be in three pieces except for the dowels.
