It made me realize how cool it was that, to my knowledge, there were NO capsizings at GS this year!  Wow.  Thank you.  WTG.

 :smt001

That's true!!

I didn't hear of any either!

 :smt003

Great job everyone!!!!

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

Sorry to bust the bubble but I had a capsized once playing in the surf. All my gear was stowed below deck and nothing was lost, except a little pride. See photo below. If it looks like its going to end bad, its because it did. haha.

You don't count Dan!!!!  :smt005

 :smt008

Your'e probably one of the best paddlers around so if you're playing in the surf and go in that's just cuz you're pushing your own limits and playing around!!

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

Very true - a controlled capsize by a pro is the kind we want!   :smt001

Hate to spoil the party but.......one of my teammates took a quick dip and was back on board B4 any of us knew what happened. We stayed as a tight group the entire day, but that was the plan from the start.... :smt002

Thanks for making sure I have accurate info, Tim.  Still very pleased with the overall results, and I'm glad to hear your teammate was back on his ride quickly.   :smt001

I'll have to change my headline.   :smt003

Great video.  Nice way to document it all.  You are going to stir up emotions, make some drool and others will have to go back because they miss it so much already.
