Its almost time for our KFU classes.  If you're new to the game, and want to get a big head start on the summer, you might want to consider these... http://www.greatwhitekayakcompany.com/yakfishuniversity.html

Thanks!

I'll be the first to recommend the FW101!  Participated last year and learned a TON!  So much so that I signed up for SW101 for this summer.

Sean, let me know when my balance is due.

Anyone even thinking about getting into kayak fishing should do this - I can't recommend it enough. You'll get all the basic safety & paddling instruction you need to get started, with hands-on practice, and it's fun. Even better, Sean will give you practical fishing tips and put you on some fish.
In a nutshell, this will give you a huge head start on the game.

I did Saltwater 101 and loved it, but if you're completely new to this, start with Freshwater 101 (FW101).
It's worth every cent & you'll have a great time!  :smt001

BTW, this is a completely unsolicited plug and if anyone has questions they'd like to ask a former student, feel free to send me a message.

In the game of biggest fish, if you can't enjoy routinely gettin' your ass handed to you, by great fishermen, then you don't belong in the NCKA.

I'm not the instructor but it looks like this weekend's class will probably be rescheduled due to nasty weather on the coast this weekend.  Hopefully there is a weekend that works for all.

Officially cancelled, Sean will post the reschedule dates I'm sure.

Contact Sean directly to find out about future dates - maybe he's still got some spaces open when the current one gets rescheduled:  gwkc@comcast.net

That would be an affirmative.
