MTO 12Ah / 15Ah Lithium battery box

Hi guys,
Look like there is a need to have a good reliable, true to spec, ready to go, waterproof box. This is pretty much plug and play except one connector to the FF power cord.
I tested this battery box against 2 makers. I also have a comparison sheet.

Make to Order 12Ah and 15Ah Chet's Battery Box. 3-4 weeks time frame. Time to order parts and time to test each one before and after assembly.
Cost:
$120 for 12Ah.
$150 for 15Ah.

I want to give an update.

Sorry guys, I promised 3-4 weeks, now it's getting close to 8 weeks.
Parts took longer than I expected. I just got everything. I might have to order more.

At least everything is here and I am starting to put them together. Then test. After that it's ready for pick up.

I also add an in-line fuse and beef up the charger. I hate to wait so I'll sure you will appreciate the fast charger as well.

The most important thing, I build each and everyone like it is mine to use personally. 

Built two 15Ah batteries last night. Here they are.

Sick of my SLA.  How much to ship to Fresno?   And compared to the Dakota which claims it will be good for around 2k charges, how many charge cycles are you thinking these will last for?

USPS shipping will be around $10 I guess.

I use genuine Samsung cells and this type of batteries have excellent review. The Dakota cells are decent, but lower grade than mine.
To be honest, I have not done "cycle discharge/recharge" on them ( I just cannot claim since I have not perform any test on them).

I built for myself and have used it for 1 year, still going strong as new.
My guess Li-ion cell(good cell) will lose 5-10% within 2 years and 10-20% within 5 years.
Whereas the SLA will lose 10-20% in first year and just degrade real fast after that.

Just think, if you fish every week, you'll recharge it roughly 50 times a year. Even at a conservative 500 cycle rating, your pack would last you 10 years. I think it's a great investment.

This is true.
You won't go back to SLA battery after you have a good reliable Lithium battery. That's a fact.

The box would not be so waterproof, and it gets worse in saltwater environment. That's why I chose not to do it.

I have thought of making a connector and drop it from 12v-5v(USB), this would provide a way to charge phone.
I'll play around that idea in the future.
