Maybe! That's a pretty good deal, Dan.
Which kayak did they flip the Outback for, if you don't mind me asking?

That's a great deal on the Hobie, maybe I need it to balance out both sides, a happy medium.

Weird to see a dark sider get rid of the flippers.   I don't think JKs will ever be the new dark side.  They are still paddled.  I will say that they are killing it in terms of marketing,  and they seem to make a great product too.  Everyone has a high-low seat now.   I imagine JK got that started or could it have been the PA?

I really don't see what all the hype is with Jackson.  They have some neat lil features, but if I was paddling, I will stick with my Malibu XFactor.  Actually, after seeing Whizz's Stealth Pro Fisha, I think that's what I would go with for paddling.  Speed baby!  I like to cover some ground when Im on the big blue.

I've had a T15 and a Cuda now. I've never paddled an Xfactor though. The Cuda has all the deck space of the T15, a better seat and some really well thought out features like the rod storage and stuff. It's a tad slower than the Trident though. But that's what you get for such a stable ride I suppose. I think it's a great kayak, and it is awesome for bait fishing (Sturgeon/Stripers)

for me, now that i am getting older that, i don't care about being there fast or to cover a great deal of territory but the fact that after being on the Hobie Adventure with an uncomfortable wet ass and then trying the seat of the  Jackson Cuda 14 it is so much more comfortable and there is a lot more room on the deck and your butt stays dry.

anybody wants to buy a Hobie Adventure?
