Can't wait to demo that Jackson and the whole Stealth line up. Was on their website this morning and drooling over their kayaks. Which models are you getting?

Next time I come to Lodi I will bring the cargo bike. We should see how many kayaks we can stack on each bike and race around the block for fun.

We have all the Evo series including the tandem, the whole Pro Fisha Range with the majority being the 525 and then the Splash range. The Splash is under $2k and has a nice rod pod but is more geared toward recreational paddlers (ie wider more stable).

Any chance you will be getting the Profisha 575?

anything pushing 70lbs is getting too heavy for me & my (aging) style. I like the 15-16ft boats myself, and so I just don't rig them much.

reminds me of my 4wheel days.
I was a newbie and was commenting on a tricked out jeep when one of the old timers sauntered up and said "yeah it would be a nice rig, except for all the crap hanging off it".
I try to keep things on the KISS plan.

Hey Ariel, a guy your size may be better off looking at the 525, believe it or not it has more legroom than the 575. And in fact was specifically designed for bigger (longer legged) guys.

I am really interested in demoing the 525 when available. I had to off load the Abaco because I have shoulder issues and its weight was just too much for me to comfortably dead lift over my head.
Let us know when they arrive!!!!

I'm thinking oars for those big boats. Might as well have a row boat.

Headwaters getting the Stealth line up is GREAT news. I have been wanting to them check out since Ruben posted the info on them. I finally got a new job, so after we catch up I will be looking into another yak. I can't wait to demo one, but still not sure if anything will beat having that Jackson seat; I have back issues.

Would sure like to try the big rig for a day. Being a big guy but the more I practice on my boat I'm sure I will get used to it.
