Liberty out of fishermans landing. 3/4 day trips usually go to Coronado Islands so bring your passport

All good recommendations!  Honestly, I predict you'll get too wasted and not go on the boat.   :smt005

Don't forget your passport!

Guardian Charters has been good to me. 4 and 6 pack boats. Not too expensive and great service. They do rod and reel as well as dive. http://www.guardiancharters.com

Not going to need your passport if you are just going on a charter that doesn't dock in Mexico.

Not true. My trip never docks in Mexico and passports are required. This year, visas are also required now. As to whether it depends on how far the boat travels down the Baja coast, not sure.

I have a great charter for you.
You will love it.
They are always on the fish and are one of the most affordable charters down there without cutting any corners.
You are going to love it.

Not going to need your passport if you are just going on a charter that doesn't dock in Mexico.

"The United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty, which has been in effect since 1994, gives nations sovereignty over the waters for 12 nautical miles (13.8 miles or 22.2 kilometers) off of their coastline."

You'll need a passport if the boat goes to Coronado Islands since it is ~8+ miles from the Mexican coastline
