Been thinking of past PIF events and wanted to toss out a date for a Float and Chill in Monterey to see if anyone would be interested.  Not a tourney, just a good time on the water with NCKA and family and of course a potluck afterwards at Del Monte Beach behind Monterey Bay Kayak Co.  Leaning towards the 8/12 date, would be right around the full moon, possibly catch squid for lunch. Post up if you would be interested in making it!

I'd be very tempted if it was on 9/3.

Well with all the salmon action going on next month, I'm thinking the 9/3 date now.  Hopefully that works for people!

Works for me!  I’m pretty sure I’m bringing out the TI with my wife and kid.

Oops, I didn't realize it was labor day weekend and totally forgot when I proposed it.  Not that i'm not down for chilling at the beach after fishing.  Anyone still want to do a float and chill this weekend I'd be down for it, but I guess Sunday or Monday at this point.

I’m considering it. But I might target the GG since tides are mild but red tide might have messed those plans up.
MBK tournament is coming up on the 17th. I signed up for that. I will try to get things figured out today.
