Great point.

The system I was looking at is wireless and the signal is sent through the removable valve caps. Little bit of an inconvenience but maybe removing them and putting the regular plastic ones on each time I back in the water will suffice.

I did see less expensive for cars but this one was labeled for trailers. More research to do.

Looking for a tire pressure monitoring system for my boat/kayak trailers. Anyone using any systems that they can refer.

Looking to do more traveling on my own with my boat and kayak trailers and would feel more confident with a system

Bearing buddies are great. Just put enough marine grease to were the spring just start to move out. Otherwise  if you put too much with the spring fully compressed you run the risk of blowing the grease out the rear hub gasket. Then things get messy.
