Midnight Crab Opener - it's a tradition.
What an incredible evening on the water! No wind. Mild ocean. Mild temps. Wow!
Jumbos right off the bat. Ideal conditions persisted.
Bite died off a bit. Headed home at 2AM with 4 jumbos out of 12 legals landed - 5th jumbo jumped ship...
Fantastic opener - absolutely stellar! :smt001

Awesome job brother,
After 2 visits this year, I'm playing it safe and waiting for good conditions. Wind is still blowing a bit, I'll go if it calms a little otherwise I'll go another day.

Easy picking in the morning too. 2 rings and limit of crab in less than hour . All crab were 7" or better except 3 that were just under 7.
