Thanks Kiel, but I am doing fish and chips this year so we don't need tortillas. Can you bring a gallon of tartar sauce?

Spicy Pork, Korean style

I looked at the "list" and there's too much pork/meat, and no enough dessert or side.  So I will make coleslaw instead.

Here's what's on the list so far:

Fish n' chips        Potato Salad         Dessert 1        Drinks
Smoked pork       Green salad         Dessert 2
Piggy                   Fries
Oysters               Coleslaw
Smoked Trout
Down to 1 Hobie Revo...

Do you have a favorite dish? Maybe a childhood favorite? Something that reheats easy or is served cold. Cooking something fresh is a little more difficult unless you have the gear for it.

I have decide that in honor of my newly placed stents I'd bring something closer to the healthy side. It's kind of a tomato fruit salad with a vinegar and oil dressing. It's supposed to have fresh nectarines in it but I doubt I'll be able to find edible fruit. I experimented with canned peaches the other day and that tasted pretty good.
