Where are some good spots to launch south of Pigeon Point? I'm in SF, so as close as possible is best. I've fished as far south as Bean Hollow, but haven't ventured beyond there.
May the fish be mighty and the seas be meek...

You probabbly want to get past Ano Nuevo, which is an MPA down to Scott's Creek.  So, it's prolly Davenport landing....1 mile N of Davenport.

Davenport is hot and cold.  Just know that there are breakers on both sides.  When facing the surf...the ones on the leftside you will see surfers.  Never seen surfers on the right.  But, could be wrong.  There are always guys that "Walk on the Wild Side".  Just bring your big and wide wheels or have some help.  Not really a steep climb back up...but, deep sand.  The plus is the halibut are just outside the breakers.
