No takedowns or fish. Launched at the public launch in Rio Vista for the incoming tide around 9:30 am. Ran the West Bank in 30 fow between the coast guard station and the barges north of the bridge a few passes. Saw some promising marks and one fish netted. My dads fishing buddy has 8 for the season so far despite what seems like a soft start to the River season. I was running brads cut plug behind a chartreuse oversized dodger on a three way set-up. Salad manageable, wind non existent, two dozen boats working the zone.
Just need to be there at the right time, fingers crossed for the next outing

Thanks for the scouting report Trutta.

“I’m going fishing.”  They said, “we will go with you.”
