Hey everyone,
Looking to upgrade my kayak, and curious if anyone has any theyve been thinking of selling. currently using a scrambler, would be used for mostly free diving. price range is $450. Scupper Pro has had my eye for a bit.

I highly urge you to try a few kayaks out till you find the one best suited for your needs.  Some of the local dealers also have rental units that they sell from time to time.  If you are within a drive of Santa Cruz/Moss Landing, Kayak Connection had (may still have) some rental units that they are selling.

There are a couple scuppers on Craigslist right now for $450-$500, and you can probably haggle them down. Maybe I'll buy one because I haven't owned one yet.

I strongly adhere to the buy-before-you-try kayak philosophy. In reverse chronological order:

Trident 15 angler: a few buddies have them, I like the layout but never paddled one. Bought sight unseen from someone I know.

Tarpon 160: paddled one briefly years ago, thought it was fast.  jumped on a deal when I was on vacation and drove it home.

Malibu X-13: decided I wanted a rudder, center hatch, and tankwell, cheap on Craigslist.

Cobra Tandem: decided I needed higher capacity than my previous kayak.

Aquaterra Prism: super cheap, got me on the water for 1.5 years.

If you sit around and hem and haw about this or that kayak you'll never get another. I mean, they're not THAT different.  Just floaty things we paddle.

I have a Ocean Kayak Scupper Pro Kayak for sale if you are still interested.  It has a Hummingbird 325 transducer attached.  Also a good seat.
