So heres my scupper mount.After hours searching online for ideas this is what I came up with.I used the transom mount and cut the mounting tabs off.drilled a hole in the top and filed the corners square for a carridge bolt

 A 2" piece of 1/2"pvc a 3" piece of 1/2" copper pipe insulation 4" 1/4-20 ss caridge bolt a 5/16 x1 1/2" fender washer and a toilet bolt cover to top it off.Now I know it's not as clean as the lowerance kit but it's very cheap and very solid.I also tossed the stock bolt and used a 1" alum screw post to mount the transducer to the bracket

Finally did the handle upgrade after I saw dalesharks handles over a year ago I new it was something I had to do. It really helps keep the yak from wanting to roll when you pick it up.
