Sorry, our patience hit the limit!  :smt002 Joel and I launched a little after 5 and paddled out to the fleet. Wind was calm and a little swell. I started trolling a watermelon stingking on a 3 oz ball then switched to a 12oz ball. We switched to mooching when we got tired of trolling. We mooched on the north and south side of the canyon out in front of the soldiers club. CPyak joined us around 7 and we floated around some more.

Not even a nimble or a bump. We did not mark any bait or fish. The power boaters did not fair any better. It got so bad we actually decided to try to catch sand dabs! Here is a pic of Chris and Joel with there chovie and beer limits:

Oh well.... the Friday group doesn't have to feel bad anymore after hearing that you guys didn't do any better Sunday.  At least, you guys had nice weather.

I talked to Stu today, he thinks the fish have moved up north for now.

Hi Bill,

How was the ride?  Moss can get very lumpy and windy.

I will be a Topaz this week.  Give you a report when I get back.
