GS4 potluck

Eric, the girls are going to make some appetizers. I saw mini bells, hummus, pesto, cucumbers, radishes and a bunch of other stuff in the fridge.  Oh and they are going to make CHEESE CAKE!

Sounds excellent, Dom, and the purple drippings from the wild blackberry cobblers will go real nice on the cheese cake.   

Sounds like we need some veggies!  Someone bring a salad!!!  (smiling chicken w/ head cut off emoticon)

I will get a few bags of lettuce and dressing.

I will bring some salad as well.

i am making a pot of cuban-style black-beans. I also went out and bought stuff to make a green salad.  so we will have plenty of salad. All that fiber will give us the extra umph to punch through the surf zone on sunday.

Cooking and packing big pot of cowboy beans/ lima , butter,navy, bacon ,onions,Kielbasa ,venison

Sounds like we're in for a feast.  If everyone who's fishing comes and brings an average of a person and a half (I'm bringing 3) we'll have 200!!!

Try to bring one dish that serves 20 people and you should be good to have dinner!  (I've had a few beers while packing my truck and do NOT consider myself an authority on potlucks!   )

In my wife's world there is no such thing as 1/8th a serving. I Hope *everyone* likes curry ...  ... just kidding ... though I did see her stirring one of her larger pots prepping for this  .

Eric, great job on putting this together. I've been amazed at the attention to detail, and sure appreciate all your hard work!

I'm bringing a vat of homemade potato salad and Some red wine.

Looks like we need proper veggies.  I'll stop at the Garberville garners market on my way to the cove.
