A quick list of some things that you might need to bring to make the event a bit more enjoyable.

- Wrist Bands. You will receive your tourney wrist band with a specific number on it for your fish photos starting 5AM tourney day. We will then remove this from you at the check-in at the end of your fishing day. Even if you catch no fish you need to check in. DO NOT take this off, if you check-in and there is no wristband on your wrist, you will be DQ'd and you will not have an entry in the drawing to win the kayak.
- A comfortable folding chair. The potluck area has picnicking tables but not too many, so just in case.
- Sunscreen - although it won't be super hot, the suns reflection off the water is a X2 for sun exposure. Let's BBQ ribs not faces.
- A watch  :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 - seriously, remember you need to be off the water, go through your fish on your camera, fill out the points sheet, do the math and hand it in at noon, 1 minute late (via Iphone) and you're DQ'd  :smt010. Timing is essential.
- Registration ready - If you plan to show up the morning of, have your paperwork filled out and money ready to hand in. Hand it in, get a wristband/number and off you go...
- Trash bag - Just like all FreshKATs events we have a trash collection contest. We actually take this pretty seriously and offer a great prize to the person who collects the most lake trash. Bring it on!
- Swim wear and floatation for you and the kids. No lifeguard on duty at the pool.
- Potluck item - As always the potluck at any NCKA event is the bomb so let's eat like kings... and queens.
- Cash for Raffle $$$ - We have some great raffle prizes for this event. Tickets are $5 each, 5 for $20 or 12 for $40. So bring some cash to win some awesome prizes.
- Moderation cup - ha?? I will have both beer and wine available at a make shift bar somewhere. Please drink in moderation, no sloppy loud drunks falling in the pool please. :drool
- An open hand and a smile, everyone doesn't know everyone, that's for sure. Hopefully after this weekend a few new friendships/fish'n buddies will develop. I'll have some "Hello My Name is" stickies things for everyone to wear.... I am notoriously bad with names.  :smt012

Ok that's it people. Thank you everyone and I hope to see yall up at the lake. HeeeHawww  :cowboy_smoke:
