I have taken this course and can't say enough good things about it...from learning techniques to relax, hold your breath longer, dive more efficiently, dive safer, and what to do in case of an emergency and how to save the life of your partner.

The 2 day class combines 4 hours of classwork, 3 hours of pool training, and then the second day is out in the ocean.

Kris is also a super cool guy, a Marine, an EMT, a World Record Holder, and an excellent, patient instructor!!
