Any suggestions for the best wave and wind forecast site or app for kayaking?

Mainly looking for one that covers Santa Cruz to Pacific Grove

Not an app, but I still rely on the NOAA point & click site. It's generally accurate--and you can click on a specific spot to get a precise forecast...instead of a general regional forecast. Click on the Monterey Bay region, then click on the Santa cruz area for example.

I use the FishWeather app. You can look at each station and get real time and forecasted weather.

When using the Weather.gov MapClick site at the lower right there is the "Hourly Weather Graph" it shows the point forecast on an hourly basis 6 days out.

I find it surprisingly accurate (but it is just a forecast) and like all forecasts the shorter the time frame the more accurate.

And never trust a forecast completely.

I use magicseaweed, windfinder, fishweather, tides4fishing, NOAA, and predictwind to compare.

Does anyone know of an online fog forecast?  Generally this time of year, if the forecast calls for cloudy all day, I assume fog, but a predictive online tool would be nice.

+1 for the NOAA site - the point forecasts are surprisingly helpful to see what Stillwater Cove might look like compared to MBK, for example.

I also check swellinfo when going out of HMB, since I've had good luck with the accuracy of their swell predictor at this location and wind is pretty good too.
