Just wondering where all the NuCanoe love is at on this board? Anybody else running them?

Please use the search function. There are a couple NuCanoe threads, including one just 4 threads down on this same board.

Bingo.  I think there are very few on here who use or have used one.  I bet I wouldn't need more than 1 hand to count the number of owners amongst the 4k+ ncka members.

Hmmmm........wonder why? It's my first kayak but seems pretty good to me, compared to my buddies, and family. Plus there a West Coast manufacturing....you would think they would have a better following

At least on paper, they look wide and heavy and on the expensive side. YMMV.

there are better maneuverable , lighter , faster tracking kayaks built ..even some of the popular brands with larger yaks ..you don't see often on big open water.

Looks like it might tough to self rescue on too....and well like FFTC mentioned ,4K + members and he can count on 1 hand ..

There are a few guys here on NCKA that have over 20 some odd years each experience kayaking and kayak fishing and diving ,some are very hardcore and extremely competitive .

If they thought a rig like that was going to maximize their kayak fishing and diving experience ,they'd be on a rig like that like a dog on a meat truck.

They're not and I'm talking multi specie fishing, fresh and salt , trout to threshers.

That's also the beauty of NCKA , different strokes for different folks ..ok well except those Hobie guys , if your into a Nucanoe and it works for you, that's all that matters.

Just my opinion, which won't get you a free glass of water .
