I was surprised the CG didn't get a little farther from the vehicle during the rescue seeing how that vehicle was being pushed around by the surf.

I didn't see if his truck made it but that video should be sent to his insurance company so they can deny any damage claims. And if any oil or gas made it into the water they need to also charge him.

On top of charging him for the flight I think he should actually be arrested for reckless endangerment for putting the CG rescue swimmers life at risk. An accident is just that this is intentional.
