I've never been to this location, how far to the launch site? Don't have any wheels so transporting any long distances may be problematic.

Just talked to kneetoe and heard you guys were headin to Mill Creek. Still trying to find mapquest directions from SF - any help appreciated.

thanks,
~Elric

Elric, as for launch site Mill creek is our first choice, you right up to the water, surf launch (small) like linda mar or la Jolla padde 2 miles to reef system were fish await. if thats not a go then we will try limekln wheels are a help but chuck & bill carried theres down i put there rod in stuff in my yak , but i will bring extra pair of wheels. as for directions you need to be able to highway 1 in carmel and heads towrd big sur it is about 1:15 min. ride down mill creek is just past limeklin about 1.5 mile. i was takling to tony about meeting in the morning at monastoy beach right off the 1 at 5:45 then driving down. any qustions 831-277-2582 chefstefano/ steve

Chefstefano, Kneetoe,

Hope you guys have a hell of a time out there but I'll have to give this one a pass. Lil baby has been keeping me up at nites combined w/ the 4 hr drive from SF = too much of a risk.

I wouldn't want to chance falling asleep at the wheel either on the way down or the way back.

Maybe next time w/ proper planning and a camp overnite.
