You have no idea how lucky of a find it was. Burried and tangled in kelp, only half a fin sticking out. I came on here to post it as lost and found and happened to see this post.  It was meant to be!

That was meant to be.  Can I point you to some spots I lost gear.  Maybe ask you for some lotto numbers.  With that kind of luck you never know.
