Just a reminder for folks who are donating prizes...

Please make sure you find me Friday afternoon to drop off your prizes. I will be at the safety meeting, and will be staying in Mario's Motel in Room #6 so you can find me at the safety meeting or just swing by the Motel and drop stuff off there.

If Friday doesn't work for you, just let me know and you can get the prizes to me Saturday right before raffle starts at the campground pavilion....but I would prefer Friday so that way there is no last minute attempts to track people/prizes down.  :smt001

PM me if you have any questions, and we will make it work.  :smt004

Thank you!

 :smt006

Jim

We raised $6,050 for PIF and HOW!!!

This is the most we have ever raised at a GS event for PIF and HOW!!!

BMB has all the raffle cash and will be sending me a check for the PIF half that I will get into our account once received.

I also have some random cash that people came by and dropped off after the raffle that I kept in the black Plano money box and will get deposited in the next few days...think it is $70 if I remember correctly...

HUGE thanks to Eric for making this happen, to all the sponsors for the AWESOME prizes, and to everyone who helped out up there with selling tickets, setting up tables and prizes, counting money etc.

Really could not happen without a group effort...way too much for one person to try and pull off alone, and getting more people involved is a good thing I think to make the community feel more ownership of the event...and it really does belong to all of us.

  :smt001

Thanks again NCKA for being so awesome, and hope to see a lot of you at the PIF paddle and raffle on July 29th in Monterey!!

 :smt006

Jim

Fantastic job, Jim!  Fantastic job, everybody who helped and contributed!!  I highly value the raffle as a vital part of GS and am so proud to help facilitate what turns into such a wonderful charity effort for causes that are very near and dear to our community.

I will be trying hard to get to PIF with you guys on 7/29.

Jim - you have won a guided trip!  I have a specific reef that I'm dropping your ass on!!  No one has ever dove there.  It is made for you, and all we have to do is pull off the timing to hit it when it's accessible.

I'm so stoked with how this year's event went down, and the raffle is a crown jewel for sure.  Much Love, NCKA.  Keep being awesome.  :smt001

THNAK YOU Eric!!

Means a lot to me, and everyone else, to have your support for PIF/HOW.

That trip sounds amazing and hope we make it happen sooner rather than later!!

When you know if you are making it down for PIF let me know and maybe I can get you out diving on Friday before the paddle.
