Hi Jim,

Ranch 99 in Richmond takes order for whole roast pig. I never tried Manila roast pork. But this one is pretty good. I called them, here is the info.

Order 2 days in advance.
Large,      30 - 35 lb, $230 + tax.
Medium,   25 - 30 lb, $210 + tax.
Small,       < 25 lb,     $168 + tax.

I am new to NCKA. As far as dive I knew a few of us already and I am part of NCUH. So I will attend the event. This Ranch 99 is on my way to TC. I can pick up and bring it to the event if we think it's a good choice.

Hi Jim,

It's a pleasure to participate event work for my fellow divers.

This store is sure not business friendly. They asked me to go to their counter to pay.  They won't take credit card from the phone. Fortunately I have a friend lives near by.

Paid already. Will pick it up at 9am Saturday. So I'll arrive TC around 11-11:30.

Since we needed it at TC by noon, I told them to pick up at 9am. So they will cook it Friday. Then before pick up they will reheat the meat.

They offer to chop it up for easy consumption. I told them NO. We want the whole hog for a ceremony it is better not chopped up. :smt044

George

And thanks again Matt and Red Triangle Spearfishing for donating the $$ to make it happen!!

I am super excited!!!
