Hey guys, I've been monitoring the forecast all week. It's calling for a windy day, but it's hard to really know until we get there with the changing system, so it's a tough call for us.

We decided the show must go on!!! (Seminar portion!!)

Moo and I are going to focus more on the Seminar portion of the event. I will add in some additional topics such has halibut, or even White Sea Bass. I will also cover other areas such as safety and tips to get started in Kayak Fishing.
We will close it off with a community chill season.

That's the Plan B. So hopefully catch you guys out there for the Seminar/ Chill/ and Demo. --TLA

Yes, but we will probably start putting things together at 11 am. Moo will be there preparing for his seminar. I have my part memorized so I do other things.

We will be going over alot of things so even if we can't fish there is still a lot of value in coming out to meet the community and enjoy the day. --Tla

hmmm, that's a long haul for me from Oakland if there's no chance of fishing...I  may have to reconsider....so 7am launch is cancelled and it is now a seminar at noon?

You wont be able to fish anywhere if you consider OAK to HMB as long haul. :smt005 Sometime we drive more than 6HRS to fish, even then the weather turn shitty. The chill always worth it.

Consider the 7 a.m. launch as a hook up. You decide your own comfort level. My tolerance is generally pretty high, but i shouldn't be considered normal. LOL.

I will go in the morning and check out the weather and make my call in the morning for myself.  Either way, the noon seminar/ chill and demo is going to happen. Moo will be at HMB to greet and meet those who choose to attend. I will also be around.

I hope that clarifies what is happening tomorrow. --TLA

Sorry Keith!
Something came up and won't make it to the event. Next time bro.
Going Fishing?
Winds from the south, hook in
    the mouth.
Wind from the east, bite the least.
Wind from the north, further off.
Wind from the west, bite the
    best.

Wellll, IÂ’m more hardcore than Keith and this one is looking way past my taste in SOT kayak with gusts to 30 mph starting at 8am and increasing throughout the day from there. Now for windsurfing, itÂ’s great!

Hey Darius, you would drive 6 hrs and stand around in pajamas and crocs  :smt044 :smt044
If I live in Oakland I would fish Pacifica, HMB and around the Bay Area 3-4 times a week like James Mi  :smt003 :smt003
