After all I have had to deal with these last two weeks (family emergencies, travel issues, and now this Corona shelter in place) combined with the abundance of events scheduled in the fall, I have decided to cancel the Open Shelter Kayak Event in September. I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause, but my hart just is not into it this year. 
Thank you to all who supported Open Shelter for the last few years, maybe a fish-n-chill at another time

Sad to hear. But no worries this community will overcome. Still trying to figure out if I am going to cancel the MBK derby. It is in June so hopefully things changer for the better soon

Yes, if you want to keep your reservation, we will be glad to have you. Hopefully this will all blow over way before then and I would love to spend time on the water with all of you.
