I can't help but believe that it's caused by large concentrations of sea lion poop from Fisherman's Warf.

Sad news, first ever fish I cought from the bay was a thresher in foster city and was hooked on bay shark fishing. Those leapords are beautiful.

Is the die off due to the Fukushima radiation leak that's still leaking?
Our coast has low levels and Uncle Sam is telling us it's alright.
Sharks migrate thousands of miles and they have no way of knowing there in danger. Then swim thousands of miles to wash up on our beaches.
Just something to ponder!!
