I'm wondering about access there and what the break is like, imagine its like most of the coastline along there

I used to launch by the restaurant/bar below Princeton, can't remember the name of it but wasn't a bad launch most of the time

How about half moon bay state beach? Parking is pretty my on top of the launch. Also, the fleet has been spread out from the red can to Ritz and the majority of them were closer to the can than Ritz in the afternoon yesterday.

I was at Kelly Ave. yesterday. Not much different than Muir for a put in. Boats were north and south from there. I didn't fish.

I saw salmon being caught just past the 2nd green buoy yesterday afternoon.  3 party boats was also working the area late in afternoon.
Lots of squid.  3 squid boats were out scooping yesterday.

The access is through a parking lot on Miramontes Point Road. The launch is at the bottom of a winding staircase. It is doable, but watch out for the rocks close in to shore in the surf zone. The area to the right of the stairs looks free of rocks.

Check out Poplar St HMB - easy down to beach. Doable on a low surf day and if you have surf launch experience

I launched HMB state beach today, not bad but a steep beach so breakers pop up and dump so have to be careful about getting caught off guard

Very short windows of opportunity so it's nice the fish are in reasonably close in HMB

Will maybe try Poplar Street next time around, depending on where fish are in two weeks, no more fishing until then

Still curious about Pedro Pt
