I came across this site and found it very informative. I do all my kayak fishing off the coast of west Maui. I currently fish from a Cobra Revision, which has been a great kayak for paddling and surfing but very limited for fishing. I have owned a Hobie AI, Ti and my first Hobie which I don't remember the model name. I'm looking at the Hobie Revo 13 or 16 to outfit for a little more serious fishing machine but that move fast and handles an ocean that can get tretty rough when the wind comes up.
Thanks
John

Welcome to NCKA John.  I have a revo 16 that I just tested in very rough conditions just recently at Albion.  A little tipsy but adding the hobie amas made it more stable.

Hi, my family stay Wailiku side.  Miss Maui.  Welcome, I've learned so much here!
