I saw this article claiming to list the best kayaks you can buy.

Interesting. The kayaks mentioned as the best are largely the least represented on this site, with the possible exception of the Pro Angler. I guess the people here don't know what's good for them :smt119 :bs:

I haven’t priced paddle kayaks in a long time. but is the price really that great? The article claims that the $800 price tag is only half that of comparable kayaks.

kayak fishing has finally hit the Big-Time. They are posting Fake News about it now.
What's next, best boat for Kim K's Butt?

I think it is really cool that the Vibes have design features from many different high end kayak companies. I guess they could not design something on their own.

Don’t get yakked off!

It seems the most important factor isn’t if it beer cans on your rooftop rack, but how much it costs. Besides the price, the best budget ocean sit on top kayak probably won’t melt on a day trip. I can see why it’s worth every penny. :smt044

At the end of the extensive page, they disclose that they get a small percentage of sales of their reviewed products.
The promoted "best product" company gets sales, the "reviewers" get percentages, and search and rescue stays busy plucking t-shirt/shorts wearing Barneys from the salt. What's not to like? :smt012
