I also won a Catalina CT-15C.  I'm impressed with the quality for the price.  Perfect size, light weight, stainless steel gears, very smooth drag, power handle, one piece alum frame.  I thought about selling but I changed my mind.  It's 4:1 ratio and i would have  preferred a little more speed (5:1 or greater) for rockfishing.... but the power should be perfect for big halibut, sturgeon, and trolling.  It's a good deal.

(Mooch... you can mail me my commission check when it sells)  :smt002

Chuck, my catalina CT-15C says it's a 5.1:1 gear ratio... you should have another look at yours.

Freddie and I checked our same reels and both of ours are marked 4:1 -- even on the box.  What's odd is that the Okuma website shows the CT-15C as 5:1 ratio.

Erik... wanna trade? ;oP
